Anti-see-through and anti-ultraviolrt recycled polyester yarn
Preparation technology: Blend highly dispersed anti-ultraviolet functional masterbatch with recycled polyester chips prepared by physical or chemical methods, and prepare fibers through a shaped spinneret and melt spinning process.
Main specifications:
Staple (physical regeneration) : 1.11 dtex x 38 mm
Filament (regenerated by chemical method):
84dtex/36f,84dtex/72f,111dtex/36f,111dtex/96f,111dtex/144f,167dtex/48f,167dtex/96f,167dtex/144f,167dtex/288f,333dtex/96f DTY
Fiber properties and product characteristics:
Recycling and reuse, green and environmentally friendly.
It has excellent UV resistance and anti-penetration performance.
Cotton-like soft touch, fluffiness and breathability.
Application guidance for short fibers
Spinning: Short fiber spinning is adopted. The recommended spinning count is 20 to 60 knots.
Weaving: When short fiber blends are used, it is recommended that the fiber content be ≥30%.
Application guidance of long filaments
Pre-shaping: The predetermined shaping temperature is 160 to 170℃. The overfeed amount should be appropriately increased and the width should be appropriately narrowed.
Pretreatment: Clean the oil in the tank as thoroughly as possible and proceed to the next process as soon as possible to prevent the floating oil from adhering to the fabric surface and forming color patterns. Before doing the pretreatment in the tank, be sure to add the tank softener to prevent scratches.
Dyeing: The same as the conventional dyeing process for polyester, with the water flow rate appropriately reduced. When dealing with fabrics containing spandex, a gentle temperature treatment must be adopted, and it is necessary to prevent disperse dyes from staining the spandex components and causing a decrease in fastness.
Post-treatment: The recommended post-setting temperature is 160 to 170℃.
Fiber application:
Textiles for clothing: white swimsuits, white shirts, white trousers, nurse uniforms
Home textiles: Curtains
